Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Dr. Josephine Drew has leased 2,000 square feet of office space for a family medical clinic at 1331 N. Goerig St., Suite C, Woodland, from PeaceHealth Medical Group. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Edward Jones, an investment company, has leased 974 square feet of retail space at Felida Village, 3604 N.W. 119th St., Vancouver. Mike Giammanco of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant and R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

J&R Quality Tools has leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space for warehouse use at 1356 Downriver Drive, Building B, Suite B, Woodland. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

James and Eva Demetro have purchased a 1,610-square-foot office building at 404 E. Main St., Battle Ground, from Defreece Properties Two. The purchase price was $320,000. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Office Max has extended its lease for 120 months at Cascade Marketplace, 13975 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Steve Neville of New & Neville represented the tenant.
