4-H Rabbit Team wins multiple state fair awards

Clark County — The Clark County 4-H Rabbit Team had a strong showing at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup on Sept. 18-20.

In the rabbit judging contest, the team of Anne Bias, Kate Bias, Hunter Coss, Erin Marble, Josef Oster, Ellie Peterson and Autumn Richardson finished first in the intermediate division. Richardson also finished first in oral reasons, third in individual and won best in breed for her French lop.

Bias earned the intermediate fitting and showing title, and best opposite breed in the Holland lop category. Grace Jackson won best in breed for her New Zealand rabbit, and the Rex best opposite of breed title went to Aquoia Coss.
