SEATTLE — The Seattle Tool Library, a nonprofit organization that lends out tools for free to the community, has reported more than $10,000 worth of stolen items.

KOMO-TV reports volunteers believe the burglary took place sometime Friday night or early Saturday. More than 100 tools were taken. The stolen items included laptops, routers, air compressors and a salmon cooker.

The organization relies on donations. Anyone can sign up for a membership, check out tools for free and then return them when they’re done.

Sarah Kautz, with the organization, says the suspects targeted the most popular items. The stolen tools were each marked with a number and the letters “NESTL.”

A bicycle and a donation box were also stolen from The Bike Shack, which shares a building with the tool library.
