Bagley Downs — The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington received a $5,000 grant from Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center to cover costs associated with radiology services, including X-rays and ultrasounds, for low-income patients. According to a release from the clinic, the most common X-rays performed at the clinic are chest, spine, ankle, foot, shoulder, hip, knee, finger, wrist and pelvis. “Being able to provide X-rays means our volunteer providers can fulfill our vision of quality, compassionate care,” Free Clinic Executive Director Barbe West said in the release. “It means our patients receive the care they need before a condition becomes acute. We are extremely grateful to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.”
