Letter: Viable candidate in Sanders

I agree, totally, with Chris Connolly’s Aug. 27 letter “Sanders attracts voters, not media,” regarding the lack of media coverage given to presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Sanders has a lot of very important issues on his agenda and he is a very good speaker. No double-talk from him.

And he is certainly a far more interesting and qualified candidate than the buffoon with the bad hair (Donald Trump) who seems to be the darling of the press.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
