Maintenance work will close the pedestrian and bicycle path on the southbound side of the Interstate 5 Bridge for much of the day Wednesday, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
The southbound sidewalk will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday. The closure will allow crews to complete graffiti removal and concrete patching, according to ODOT.
The sidewalk on the northbound span of the bridge, as well as the freeway itself, will not be affected by the work, according to ODOT.
