Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Abundant Life Christian Church has purchased a 10,000-square-foot retail building on one acre at 13011 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Palms 10 LLC. The purchase price was $1,325,000. Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties. Blake Federinko and Brett Irons also represented the seller.

The Heavy Metal Brewing Co., a brewery and tap room, has leased 2,000 square feet of space at 809 MacArthur Blvd., Vancouver, from Tower Mall Properties. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Issela Keymolan has leased 4,200 square feet of retail and office space at 6403 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord

Quality Custom Distribution Systems, a trucking brokerage company, has leased 779 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 119-B, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Salon Belle La Vie, a day spa, has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Hiddenbrook Terrace, 19111 S.E. 34th St., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Steelhead Communications has leased 2,400 square feet of warehouse and office space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
