Letter: Find money to fund road repair

By Howard Brady, Vancouver

I’m adding my voice to the need to repair and maintain Old Evergreen Highway. I understand it is expensive, but the longer the delay, the greater the expense, and my car suspension repairs are expensive, too.

I prefer the full asphalt resurfacing, but I am OK with microsurfacing as long as it is maintained and redone often enough, although I think in the long run, microsurfacing will cost more.

Please do something.

I think the 40 mph speed limit is just right, and speed bumps are a bad idea, especially since the entire road does not have lights with which to better see speed bumps.
