WOODLAND — The public is invited to meet the finalists for the city of Woodland’s city administrator post at a reception Wednesday.

The event will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the police station and council chambers, 200 E. Scott Ave., Woodland.

The four finalists for the city’s first full-time city administrator position are:

• Peter Boyce, who was most recently city administrator for Gladstone, Ore.

• Joe Hannan, who was most recently the city manager in Palmer, Alaska.

• Steve Hasson, who was city administrator for North Bonneville.

• Darren Wertz, a councilor in Ridgefield and clerk of Clark County’s Board of Equalization.

The city hired the Prothman Co., an executive search firm, to help with the search and hiring of a new city administrator.

Each of the finalists will be interviewed by panels composed of city councilors, city staff and community members.
