The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of an air compressor from New Heights Church in the Walnut Grove area, and it’s trying to track down a minivan thought to be connected to the theft.

The theft was reported Aug. 16.

The sheriff’s office said surveillance video from the time shows a dark-colored, late 1990s Chrysler minivan driving to the area where the compressor was located, then driving away shortly after.

Investigators think the vehicle might be connected to the theft, and they’ve asked anyone who spots or has information on the minivan to try noting its location and plate number and to contact sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Preston at ryan.preston@clark.wa.gov or 360-397-6008 ext. 5422.
