A new 276-lot residential subdivision is proposed for the Four Seasons development off Northeast 112th Avenue, near Burton.
The site encompasses almost 28 acres containing three existing houses and vacant land. It is bounded on the west by 112th Avenue and on the south by Northeast 18th Street. Four Seasons Lane runs through the site. SGA Engineering is the consultant on the project.
