VANCOUVER – Plans for a 58,000-square-foot warehouse in the Hudson’s Bay neighborhood are underway, according to applications filed with the City of Vancouver.

Documents filed with the city say the warehouse will include “fabrication of metal piping materials,” and will be located at 2000 Grand Blvd., on the north side of East First Street. It will be attached to an existing 24,000-square-foot office building.

As per the project, paving, landscaping and infrastructure work like relocating a sewer pump station will be completed.

Vancouver-based architect Eric Lanciault is listed as the applicant. The company Grand Boulevard Investments LLC, owns the 4.88-acre parcel.

Written statements and questions can be submitted to the city of Vancouver, 415 W. 6th St., until Dec. 21.
