Letter: Library is a service to the public

Kudos to our regional library system. If you haven’t been to one of our local libraries lately, do yourself a favor and check it out. The facilities are technologically up-to-date and stocked with great material in about any format you want. Can’t get out? Check out the modern, intuitive website and check out great material from home. Our tax dollars have been well spent. Please vote to approve library funding — you can be sure your money will be spent well.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
