Columbian Artists Association seeks artists for its 40th annual juried Spring Art Show, March 19 through April 3 at the Three Rivers Mall, 3513 Three Rivers Drive, Kelso. Open to artists ages 18 and older who live in Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Lewis or Pacific counties in Washington or Clatsop and Columbia counties in Oregon. Entry fee is $15 per piece. YWCA Clark County seeks submissions from local, regional and national filmmakers of all ages for its Social Change Film Festival on April 14-15.
