Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

N617KM LLC, a national distributor of refrigeration and HVAC supplies, has purchased a retail building on 2.7 acres at 3217 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Daybreak Youth Services. The purchase price was $900,000. Aaron Watt and Jason Ward of Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon represented the buyer, and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Action Exchange has purchased the Brookside Mobile Home Park, with 24 spaces on 12.17 acres at 43209 N.E. 28th Ave., Amboy. The purchase price was $950,000. Kim Berry of Rundle CRE represented the buyer, and Steve Mark of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented AAMS, the seller.

Daybreak Youth Services has purchased a 30,000-square-foot building on 8.5 acres at 11910 N.E. 154th Ave., Brush Prairie, from the Assemblies of God Loan Fund. The former church building will be remodeled to provide expanded youth services by Daybreak. The purchase price was $5,100,000. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.

Lab Realty Enterprises has purchased a 2,000-square-foot commercial building at 1605 F St., Vancouver, with plans to relocate to Vancouver. The purchase price was $379,000 and the seller was Stock Will Capital. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Doug Bartocci of Colliers represented the buyer.
