Major crimes detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect who stabbed three people outside a downtown Vancouver bar last month.

Officers responded to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center at about 2 a.m. Dec. 5 for a report of three males who were treated for stab wounds, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

The three victims, who survived their injuries, had been involved in an altercation outside of the 6 West Lounge, 606 Broadway, police said.

The suspect in the stabbing is described as a Middle Eastern man, about 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build, short black hair, and who was between the ages of 27 and 32, according to police. He and two friends had been outside of the nightclub prior to the assault, police said.

Anyone with information on the assault, the suspect or his associates is asked to call Cpl. Neil Martin at 360-487-7423.
