NW Natural announces dividend of 46 cents

PORTLAND — Northwest Natural Gas Co. on Thursday announced a quarterly dividend of 46 cents per share. The Portland-based natural gas provider, which serves Clark County, said its indicated annual dividend rate is $1.87. The company last year reported $53 million in net income and paid a yearly dividend of $1.86 per share. The quarterly dividend will be paid Aug. 15 to shareholders of record as of July 29.
