Bagley Downs — The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington has hired Beth Quartarolo as manager of communications, development and community outreach. She comes from PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where she worked on internal communications and supported rollout for the Epic electronic health record system. Quartarolo previously was CEO of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. The clinic provides free health care to children and adults who are otherwise unable to obtain such services.
