TUMWATER — Authorities say at least four men were shot in an apparent armed robbery in Tumwater, just south of Olympia.

Tumwater Police Sgt. Jen Kolb tells The Olympian newspaper that three people entered a home around 2 a.m. Wednesday. Shots were fired and four men were hit.

Kolb says investigators are still trying to determine who fired the shots. Five weapons were found on the property.

At least five people were home at the time. No suspects are at large.

Two of the victims have been taken to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. Two have been taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Harborview spokeswoman Susan Gregg says both men are in serious condition but their injuries are not considered life-threatening. She says one man is 29, and the other is in his 30s.
