NEW YORK — The new retractable roof at the U.S. Open will see its first major action during Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day, as Flo Rida, Troye Sivan and others join defending men’s champion Novak Djokovic and former champ Rafael Nadal for music, tennis and other kid-friendly activities.

The annual event, which pays tribute to the late tennis great, is set for Aug. 27 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, two days before the start of the U.S. Open, the last Grand Slam tennis event of the year, in Queens Borough.

Actor Joey Bragg, singer Jordan Fisher and singer-actress Laura Marano will host the festivities. Forever in Your Mind is slated to perform. ABC will air the event the following day.
