Letter: Herrera Beutler shows priorities

By Jim Walker, VANCOUVER

Once again Jaime Herrera Beutler has demonstrated her willingness to favor large corporations rather than her constituents.

On July 7, she voted against disclosing corporate funding of money spent to effect the outcome of elections.

Nationally, the citizens feel that too much money is being spent on elections. The populace feel we should know from where this money is coming and who it is intended to benefit.

Our Congresswoman feels differently, I guess. She has consistently sided with big money. She has shown a total disregard for her local constituents.

Perhaps it is time for her to go. Elect someone who cares.
