In June, The Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission and the Washington State Department of Health suspended the credential of Clark County pharmacist Lynne Renee Workman, pending further proceedings. Workman allegedly had 58 tablets of a variety of controlled substance medication in her possession which had been taken from the pharmacy where she was employed. Charges say Workman had no prescription for any of the medications. Workman may not work as a pharmacist in Washington until the charges are resolved.

In June, the Oregon State Board of Nursing accepted the withdrawal of Tara A. Miller’s RN application for using intoxicants to an extent or in a manner dangerous to herself or others, and failing to answer questions truthfully. She lives in Vancouver.
