Art lovers and friends of the environment flocked to Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver on Sunday to catch the final day of this year’s Recycled Arts Festival. The free, annual event Saturday and Sunday featured about 150 artists, information about recycling, music and family activities.

It was the 11th year for the festival, which last year won two top awards from the Washington Festival and Events Association — one for having the most positive community impact of any festival or event in the state, and another for having the greatest popular appeal. Visitors spent time at the festival and at the Vancouver Farmers Market.
