LA CENTER — Operators of the new ilani Casino Resort under construction have invited the public to attend two community forums about the plan to handle wastewater.
Both will be held June 30, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the La Center Community Center, 1000 E. Fourth St. Representatives of the Cowlitz Tribe and the project’s team will speak.
At future forums, organizers will share additional information about the ilani project, including traffic improvements to be made at the Interstate 5 interchange at the La Center junction.
