OLYMPIA — The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a quadruple shooting that left three people dead last week.

The Olympian reported Wednesday that Dugan Lawton was booked into the Thurston County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and second-degree identity theft.

Another man, 23-year-old Enrique “Ricky” Lamere, was also booked into jail Wednesday morning on suspicion of heroin possession and delivery.

Two men and one woman were shot to death early June 22 in a travel trailer near Lacey. A fourth man who survived the shooting called 911. Thurston County Chief Deputy Dave Pearsall said investigators found half a pound of methamphetamine, heroin, thousands of dollars in cash and about half a dozen firearms in the trailer.
