The man found dead Monday in a Vancouver home was 31-year-old Fernando Cendejas-Pardo of Vancouver, who died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The office also determined that Cendejas-Pardo’s death was a homicide.

Cendejas-Pardo’s body was found in a Bagley Downs neighborhood home just before 4 a.m. Monday in the 4500 block of Nicholson Road.

Detectives with the Vancouver Police Department’s major crimes unit are investigating the homicide and are asking for the public’s help in solving the case.

They are looking to speak with anyone who traveled along Nicholson or Falk roads between Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard and state Highway 500 from midnight to 1 a.m. Monday. They also want to talk to anyone who has home surveillance equipment that would have captured footage of those sections of roadway. To help, call Detective Lawrence Zapata at 360-487-7420 or Detective Tom Topaum at 360-487-7425.
