Fate & Fury, specializing in gaming, has leased 870 square feet of retail space at Burton Plaza, 11017 N.E. Burton Road, Vancouver, beginning June 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Kristen Friberg, a chiropractor, has leased 1,526 square feet for a wellness center at Kristi Retail Plaza, 909 W. Main St., Suite 105, Battle Ground, beginning Aug. 1. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented both parties.

Guaranteed Rate, a mortgage company, has renewed its lease at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

ITC Investments has purchased One Towncenter, a 14,000-square-foot office building at 16508 S.E. 24th St., Vancouver, from the Weis family. The purchase price was $1,778,179. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer, and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Ashwani Kumar has purchased 0.78 acre at 3708 N.E. 86th Ave., Vancouver, from JDB Commercial Properties. The purchase price was $325,000. Guy A. Way with Location Realty represented the buyer, and Gordon Lewis with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

Dr. Julia Mortlock, a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist, has leased 1,353 square feet at McGillivray Place, 16703 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. Mortlock is tentatively moving her practice in mid-June. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant, and Don Drake and Tim Parker of Melvin Mark represented the landlord.

Oregon Ice Cream has renewed its lease of warehouse space at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Suite A-20, Vancouver. Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Phillips Chiropractic Clinic has leased 4,000 square feet of office space at Parkhill Shopping Center, 6409 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

USWC TKD Vancouver, doing business as World Class Martial Arts, has leased 1,250 square feet at Four Seasons Place, 11215 N.E. 28th St., Suite B-1, Vancouver, as a second location.
