Vancouver company DiscoverOrg raised $40,000 in cash for Evergreen Public Schools’ Family and Community Resource Center program, it announced this week.
The tech company also raised more than 3,000 pounds of toiletries, shoes, clothes and other supplies for the program, making it the largest in-kind donation in the center’s history.
DiscoverOrg’s Finance Team was surprised last week when an anonymous donor contributed $7,285 to an online fundraiser.
DiscoverOrg CEO Henry Schuck matched the fundraiser dollar for dollar.
