PORTLAND — Portland police have arrested a 19-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a fellow teenager last month.

Sgt. Pete Simpson says Richard Anderson has been booked into the Multnomah County Jail on a murder charge.

Officers and paramedics found the body 18-year-old Marquis Taylor four weeks ago after responding to a report of gunfire in North Portland.

The medical examiner said Taylor died from a single gunshot wound.
