Letter: Wilson is good for business

By Edith Donald, Ridgefield

Small businesses make up approximately 98 percent of the businesses in the state of Washington and employ slightly more than 50 percent of the workforce. As a small-business owner in Clark County, Lynda Wilson understands the challenges.

The backbone of our economic recovery, small businesses drive job growth and employment. While certain regulations are necessary, Wilson understands the burden of excessive and unnecessary regulation on small-business owners in Clark County. As our state senator, she will continue to work to relieve our local businesses of these burdens and provide the climate they need to thrive. Vote Lynda Wilson.
