One person was hospitalized following a T-bone crash Monday in Battle Ground at Southwest 10th Avenue and West Main Street, or state highways 502 and 503.

The crash occurred shortly after noon, according to Clark County Fire District 3. Firefighters and paramedics found a mid-size sedan blocking the busy intersection and a pickup truck pulled off to the side of the road.

Traffic was blocked as firefighters pulled the driver from the car and performed a medical evaluation. The driver, whose name was not released, was taken to a local hospital. The truck’s driver was unhurt. Traffic was delayed for about 20 minutes.

The Battle Ground Police Department was investigating the crash.
