Letter: Get serious about license fraud

In 2013, new neighbors moved in across the street. After a year or so, I sent pictures of two of their cars with Oregon license plates to authorities and suggested they check with Clark Public Utilities to see when these neighbors moved in. After three letters and a visit in person, no response.

Washington state and its honest citizens are getting ripped off by them not following through. It’s time for the Washington State Patrol to get serious about license fraud.
