Letter: Clean up Washington, D.C.

A notice in the March 30 Columbian warned about the smell of rotten eggs, or a possible gas leak. I wonder if this also is the smell of rotten eggs, leaks, etc., in Washington, D.C. How much more of this dirty smell do we have to deal with before something is done? We are at such a critical state of corruption; dig up the hole that causes the stink and make the people accountable.
