Landover-Sharmel — Evergreen Public Schools held its first employee recognition ceremony at the school board’s March 28 meeting.
The first set of Evergreen Awards honorees were Stuart Anderson of Riverview Elementary School, Nataliya Quandt of Fisher’s Landing Elementary School and Karrie Fansler of Covington Middle School.
The Evergreen Awards honor employees who exemplify leadership, hard work and dedication to students, as nominated and selected by their colleagues.
