VANCOUVER – A Salem, Ore., developer has proposed a two-story apartment complex in the Central Park neighborhood, according to preapplication documents filed with the city of Vancouver.

Studio 3 Architecture would develop the empty, 0.22-acre lot into a complex with six apartment units at 1910 E. Mill Plain Blvd. No information was given about the size or types of units.

The lot is owned by Mark Madden, who lists a Portland address. The lot was purchased Feb. 1 for $120,000.

City planners will meet with developers April 27. For more information about the project, contact Greg Turner at 360-487-7883.
