VANCOUVER – A two-story building proposed in the Fircrest neighborhood would combine apartment life with some light manufacturing, according to preapplication documents filed with the city of Vancouver.

Heritage Commons would be a mixed-use building with light manufacturing on its ground floor and seven apartment units on its second floor, the documents said. It is proposed to be built on a half-acre lot at 1018 N.E. 112th Ave.

According to the documents, the 9,310-square-foot ground floor offers three spaces for light industrial manufacturers. Businesses aren’t specified in the documents.

The building would reportedly include 18 spaces for surface parking and an underground garage with 23 parking spaces.

Greer & Greer, based in Vancouver, is listed as the developer. They will meet with city officials May 11.
