A 90-unit apartment complex has been proposed in the VanMall neighborhood, according to filings with the city of Vancouver.

Called Sunlight Estates Apartments, the complex would be comprised of 10 buildings at 4705 N.E. 66th Ave. Sunlight Electric, a Vancouver-based corporation, is listed as the applicant.

Permit applications indicate there will be a single-story, 1,600-square-foot office, a single-story 6,200-square-foot building, a building with three floors of 2,048 square feet and seven three-story buildings with floors of 3,760 square feet.

The project would be built on five distinct properties totaling 3 acres, according to Clark County property records. Two of the properties are owned by Bradley and Erin Applegate, and the other three belong to Janis L. Quick.

The application says traffic impacts are unknown.
