Letter: Support Orange, oppose terminal

We must stop the largest crude-by-rail terminal in North America. The proposed Tesoro-Savage terminal would attract 500 loaded tank cars of crude oil to Vancouver daily. This terminal would have a devastating impact on our environment and serious health consequences for our children and grandchildren. The climate impacts would be real and must be opposed locally.

Columbia Riverkeeper, Friends of the Columbia Gorge and the Sierra Club are opposing the oil terminal. I support Don Orange, who is absolutely opposed to the oil terminal and is running for Port of Vancouver commission.

Please contact Gov. Inslee to oppose this terminal.
