Recent highlights: Had a streak of six straight appearances without allowing an earned run end on Aug. 11 as he yielded two against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (Yankees).

Recent highlights: Busted out of an 0-for-13 slump by going 3 for 4 with two home runs in a 12-6 win against Birmingham (White Sox) on Aug. 6 and was named player of the game. Also hit a 3-run home run in a five-run inning to beat Mississippi Braves 5-2 on Aug. 12.
