• Identity Clark County, a privately funded business organization, has announced the appointments of Lance Barrett and Ron Frederiksen to its board of directors. Barrett is founder and managing partner of Camas accounting firm Barrett & Co., which specializes in construction, manufacturing, transportation and real estate. Frederiksen, chairman of RSV Building Solutions, has been named director emeritus. He has been an active leader and investor in ICC since the organization was created in 1993.

• Sita Symonette has been elected chair of the board of directors for Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette. She has served as a board member since 2012 and vice chair since 2015. Symonette is a practicing acupuncturist and the first African-American woman to serve as chair.

• Columbia Credit Union has added three new members to the financial institution’s leadership team:

Beau Plotner, vice president of home lending. Plotner has more than 12 years of experience working in the banking and mortgage industry and has served as mortgage manager at Commerce Bank of Oregon. He also has worked for Wells Fargo, Bank of the West and Bank of America.

Paula Ford, vice president of treasury services. Ford’s more than 28 years of experience in banking includes serving in leadership roles in treasury management services for both Umpqua Bank and Wells Fargo.

Samantha Sandford, vice president, commercial loan officer. Sandford has more than 18 years of experience in financial services, most recently as vice president, commercial relationship manager with Umpqua Bank. She is a Southwest Washington native and lives in Battle Ground.

• Real estate services and investment firm CBRE has announced Mark Lawwill has joined the group’s valuation and advisory services team as a director in the western division. Lawwill has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a principal at PGP Valuation working with the internal quality program.
