The man injured in a shooting Sunday night in the North Image neighborhood of east Vancouver is expected to recover, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.
Police responded to a home on Northeast 132nd Place after a man was shot.
Investigators said Sunday night there didn’t appear to be further danger to the public, and Kapp said Monday no arrests had been made.
The department’s gang-crime focused Safe Streets Task Force is handling the investigation, Kapp said, adding the department had no details to share on what precipitated the shooting.
