Kam Osborn had 17 of his game-high 25 points in the second half to keep the Falcons undefeated with a victory over their in-district rivals at home.

Osborn was one of three Prairie players to score in double figures. Dante Heitschmidt had 11, and AJ Dixson added 10.

Falcons coach Kyle Brooks said Osborn worked hard at “getting into the lane and creating offense” while at the same time, created opportunities for teammates.”

The Tigers made it a 2-point game inside 4 minutes to play, but lay-ins by Heitschmidt and Osborn gave Prairie another surge.

Brooks credited Matthew Kogler’s defensive efforts on Battle Ground freshman post Kaden Perry (nine points), who was held to two points in the second half. Kogler had five points, eight rebounds, and drew two charges.

Elijah Parker led BG with 15 points.
