PORTLAND — An overturned truck on northbound Interstate 5 made a mess out of the Friday morning commute.
Oregon Department of Transportation announced before 9 a.m. that all lanes were back open after crews worked to clear the mess caused by an overturned truck. The wreck occurred near Southwest Brier Place. KPTV reports the truck was hauling trail mix.
