• The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington has hired Kate Roose as program manager. She will oversee medical clinic operations, health screenings, dispensary services, and the clinic’s referral program. Roose is a registered nurse and has volunteered for the clinic for two years.
• Patricia Young has joined financial planning firm Johnson Bixby as planning associate. Young is a graduate of Oregon State University, where she also worked in the human resources department. Johnson Bixby’s office is at 1201 Main St. in Vancouver.
• Christian Korta has joined LSW Architects’ architectural design team. Korta joins LSW after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis. LSW has offices at 610 Esther St. in Vancouver.
