Central Vancouver — Innovative Services NW received a $2,488 grant from Columbia Credit Union to expand the supply of kits for its Pediatric Therapy Assessment/Evaluation Update Project to and to update the kits to reflect current best practices and the newest research.
Innovative’s Pediatric Therapy and Neurodevelopmental Center provides physical, speech, occupational and specialty therapies for children through age 20 and early intervention services for children through age 3. Innovative staff use the kits to get an accurate assessment of each child’s greatest therapy need. An accurate assessment helps lay the groundwork to establish a therapy plan that will help each child maximize his or her potential.
