Girls basketball: Prairie 65, Battle Ground 39

The Falcons rushed out to a 24-point halftime lead and hit 13 3-pointers on their way to a nonleague victory over their in-district rivals.

Mallory Williams had a team-best 16 points and was one of three Falcons to finish in double figures. Brooke Walling added 11 and Cassidy Gardner added 10 for Prairie.

Morgan Stradley had a game-best 18 points for the Tigers, including 11 in the second quarter.

Battle Ground committed just seven turnovers in the loss.
