The Business Growth MAP Alliance, based at Washington State University Vancouver, will host a forum to talk about strategies and software that can help a company drive sales.

Costumer relationship management can help a business track customer behaviors, tackle affordability and calculate returns on investment, the school said. Mike Calvo, head of marketing and business development at Logicbox Software, will speak about how to use various CRM technologies effectively.

“Calvo is an expert at providing tailored business solutions that help companies manage and analyze data throughout the customer life cycle,” WSU said.

The forum will be 8:30 to 10 a.m. July 19 at Pacific Continental Bank, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver. Registration is $10 in advance or $15 at the door, or free for WSU students with valid ID.
