Letter: Trump is impulsive, dangerous

A plea to foreign leaders: Don’t criticize the president.

Never before have we had such a thin-skinned “leader.” His ego is larger than his golf courses, and any response to him other than adoration could be disastrous to your country as well as ours.

Up to now, President Trump has used his lawyers to berate, intimidate and take to court those who disagree with him. But now he has the Air Force at his disposal. And he likes to fire things.

So please guard your tongue around him. Cancel your Twitter accounts. Tell him what he wants to hear. Otherwise, the last thing you may hear is the sound of a warhead going active.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
