Letter: Kiggins for wastewater district

By Daniel D. Clark, VANCOUVER
Published: July 13, 2017, 6:00am

Retaining Denny Kiggins in the Clark Regional Wastewater District, Pos. 3, will continue the forward momentum created over the last 10 years at the district.

The district has made outstanding advancements in protecting our environment while strongly supporting economic development. The board, of which Kiggins is president, has taken the necessary actions to continue to be the Hazel Dell community service provider of choice. The district has demonstrated strong regional leadership while operating and maintaining critical wastewater conveyance infrastructure of its own customers.

Regional economic develop is dependent on a well-run wastewater collection and treatment system. Retaining Kiggins will keep these community assets prospering.
