Letter: Trump leading us to catastrophe

President Trump’s supporters in Clark County keep saying that we need to quit criticizing our president. They tell us to stop bashing him and to let him do his job.

Well, when the man stands on foreign soil and bashes President Obama, and then says that American intelligence agencies don’t know what they’re talking about, we, as Americans, have every right to be appalled. We’re also justified in being furious over the fact that Russia attacked our country, and our leader couldn’t care less.

After the CNN wrestling video, I realized there’s no such thing as being too rich to be white trash. He needs to go before our country is faced with a major catastrophe.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
